Position Summary
We’re looking for someone to join us at Priority Health who has an entrepreneurial spirit, is a multi-tasker, with a can-do positive attitude. This job provides marketing support to the Individual (Consumer Direct) sales and retention team, so lead generation and lead nurturing is our focus, along with sales support.
This job is perfect for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of driving the development and implementation of marketing strategies for business to consumer products
- Is familiar with current business to consumer marketing methods, including digital inbound and outbound media, SEO, SEM, and social media
- Has experience being accountable for development and execution of marketing campaigns that create lead generation to distribution channels such as telesales, website, and independent brokers
- Knows how to collaborate with other functions to develop advertising, direct mail, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), events, Public Relations (PR), web and social media strategies to drive leads that convert to sales
- Has experience in managing the creative and production coordination of a broad array of high quality, cost-effective, integrated marketing communications and informational programs and materials

Ability to utilize the marketing strategy to create tactical, measurable marketing campaigns
Desire to learn new approaches and master new digital tools for marketing communications (e.g. web-based content management and CRM tools, digital marketing trends, lead gen/nurture)
Ability to learn complex product and regulatory information and translate it to both promotional and business writing for specific audiences, on-brand
Self-directed and motivated to uncover information needed to move initiatives and projects forward
- Ability to develop and execute marketing tactics based on marketing and communications plans across channels (e.g. email, print collateral, website, direct mail, etc.), completed on-time and on-budget, and reporting on metrics
- Ability to analyze marketing campaign data to inform strategies

Basic Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in marketing or related role
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Master's Degree
Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in project management
Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems, including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel
Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Working knowledge of online website content management system
Working knowledge of e-mail communications management systems
