Responsibilities include:
• Producing financial statements including income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow management reports
• Month-end closing, financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliation
• Posting and maintaining accounts payables and receivables
• Job Costing and Reporting
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Payroll and Tax recording
• Performs daily banking procedures
• Daily credit card processing and reconciliation
• Maintain fixed asset schedule
• Budget, forecasting and cash flow analysis
• Interface with outside CPA firm
You will be a good candidate for this position if you possess the following traits:
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Familiar with AvaTax tax software
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficient with Sage accounting system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
