Provide quality food and beverage services to residents of Skilled Long Term Care Facility.
Meal/Snack preparation using standardized recipes and adhering to physician diets and resident preference cards.
Acts as "Person in Charge" when Dietary Supervisor is not on site.
Ensures overall food sanitation and hygiene protocol and procedures are followed to deliver safe, appetizing meals to guests. Ability to document, use spreadsheets, read and execute recipes, demonstrate portion control and sanitize all equipment used daily.
Must be willing to successfully complete ServSafe training as condition of ongoing employment.
Excellent communication skills and proven leadership record are a plus!
