· Possession of High School Diploma or GED required
· Experience with HVAC Commercial/Residential required
· Understanding of mechanical and electrical operations preferred
· Soldering and welding skills-desired
· Valid driver’s license with good driving record in order to rent a vehicle
· Self-starter-ability to work independently with little or no supervision
· Good verbal and written communication skills
