Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Food Services Floater will serve customers on the food line, wash dishes using the dish machine and three compartment sink, prepare hot and cold food items, operate the cash register, stock nourishments, and assist with cleaning of the department. Duties will also include, answering the department phone, taking patients* food orders, sets up patient trays, and delivering meal trays to the patients* room. Also provide exemplary service to patients and cafeteria customers. Comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Six (6) months previous Food Service experience * Successful completion of Serve Safe Certification Examination within 12 months of hire PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Licensure/Certifications: Food Sanitation Certification * Ability to work well in a team environment
