Job Details

• Assume accountability for all activities related to this position.
• Provide the customer with a professional and technically good interface.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior & executive management
• Conducts risk assessments throughout project and escalates as necessary.
• Create, manage and monitor project budget, timing, risks, customer concerns and escalates in case of deviation (SAP based application)
• Delegate and manage progress of assigned tasks to team members.
• Organizes internal & external meetings (team meetings etc).
• Maintains both internal and external (customer) open item lists & program timing.
• Manages change requests related to design, due date, quantity, validation, profitability.
• Identify and win further business opportunities in collaboration with account management.

• Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge of program management and proficiency in the use of MS Project, MS Excel & Power Point
• Good understanding of automotive programs & requirements (APQP)
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Outgoing, positive personality, exudes enthusiasm, motivates others.
• Excellent communicator; speak, listen and write in a clear manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
• Well organized: set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
• Team oriented: work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
