Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) is responsible for the coordination of daily operations of one or more entity Healthcare Technology Management staff engaged in installing, inspecting, testing, monitoring, calibrating and repairing all OSF HealthCare patient care equipment. In doing so, sets work priorities, coordinates daily staffing, monitors screening procedure, and maintains supply of replacement parts. Responsible for reporting problems as it relates to patient care equipment to local facility leaders and/or the District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, Certification from AAMI/ DOD, and 7 years of experience in Electronic, Mechanical, IT, or Healthcare industry OR Associates Degree and 6 years of experience in Electronic, Mechanical, IT, or Healthcare industry.
3 years of progressively more responsible experience, necessary to be able to install and repair computer/patient care equipment and lead work groups.
Valid Drivers License.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree/\.
Experience in Military Training, Technical Field, Imaging/ Medical Device.
