Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven strong ability to use independent critical thinking and decision making
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and needs of the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to regularly support 3rd shift and work weekends as needed
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience working with a labor agreement in a union environment
- Previous experience in a Human Resources environment
- Previous experience in a busy manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Working knowledge of Kronos Workforce
- Knowledge of employment laws such as FMLA, FLSA, and ADA
- Exposure to EEOC and Title VII regulations
