Tasks and Qualifications:
Dematic is currently searching for a Corporate IT Applications Support resource to join our growing Information Technology team in Atlanta, GA; Grand Rapids, MI; or any of our other Dematic Regional Offices. This role reports to the IT Manager, Enterprise Applications. The primary responsibilities for this individual would be to support various Dematic IT applications. This is an attractive position for someone with a passion for supporting IT applications who is excited about the opportunity to wear multiple hats in a highly visible setting.
Essential Role and Responsibilities:
As a system administrator you will monitor and resolve application performance and issues as they occur
You will ensure data security and integrity is monitored in alignment with Kion IT standards.
You will have responsibility to root cause and resolve any issues related to data security in alignment with Kion IT standards.
You will have responsibility to maintain integrations between applications as is required.
Script language/expertise in CPI, Groovy, SQL
You have expertise with data modelling & managing relational databases
You may have experience with : Time Management systems, HCM systems, Task Management Systems, Analytic tools.
You will manage software technology solutions in alignment with Industry, Corporate and Application security model and data standards to ensure optimized performance.
You may manage SAAS or On Premise application solutions. Including installation & configuration of software applications, and database systems in non-production and production environments. Create software usage procedures, processes and standards. Maintain and refresh product support database.
You may:
Work closely with partner technical teams to enhance the quality of existing products.
Interact with customers and resolve technical issues.
Manage and monitor customers' expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Typically, 5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
5 years' experience administrating HR applications
Considerable knowledge of the preparation and presentation of dashboards / reports containing project delivery elements and operating metrics.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
Superior written, verbal and presentation skills.
Customer service orientated.
