What You'll Do
As the newest representative of our Customer Service team, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer problems and concerns.
- Generate sales leads, quote and process appropriate paperwork for small add-on work.
- Meet sales target and call handling metrics.
- Assist with various duties, such as collections calls, covering reception and sales spreadsheets.
After Completion of 90 days there is an option of a hybrid schedule.
