Guest Services Professional Job Description
ESB-Elite Styles and Beauty /Guest Service Coordinator will be willing to learn new techniques and be a part of an exciting spa concept. Be professional and courteous conduct with an emphasis on confidentiality and professional appearance. We are looking for a team player with a “can-do” attitude and highly efficient organizational and communication skills.
We expect polished language skills, both in person, over the phone and through email. This is a part time position that can lead into full time.

At ESB Elite Styles and Beauty we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the expanding team. This individual should have at least 1-2 years of Front Receptionist experience, and/or a minimum of 1 year work experience in a Spa setting is a Plus!

Duties involved:
- Checking patients in and out.
- Managing inventory.
- Scheduling patients and clients for various appointments.
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment for patients.
- Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and preparing efficient visit for each patient.
- Confirming appointments via email and phone calls.
- Managing the schedule and flow of the office.
- Being the ‘face’ and ‘voice’ of the practice.
