SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW:
IT Systems Administrator performs the following: install, configure and support and client and infrastructure systems with the goal of ensuring a stable, reliable and secure computing environment across the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones and servers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist users with tier 1 and tier 2 support questions
· Be able to resolve help desk calls and tickets in a proficient amount of time while demonstrating above average customer service skills
· Provide business role and authorization request information
· Efficiently communicate escalations to tier 2 and tier 3 support
· Perform password resets
· Assist in implementations for new business as well as change requests through user training, unit testing, as well as process document creation
