Also picture this: Somebody shuts the door. The weather turns. You're grinding anyway. This isn't a walk in the park. There are challenges, frustrations, and days that test you. Becoming a full-blown sales rep? Even harder. This is a hustle — you get paid for what you're willing to put in.

The path: You start in the field — outdoors, conversations with homeowners, connecting them with our experienced sales team. Most people start here and rise the ranks. Bring serious experience and you might start higher. Either way: personal growth + hard work = the climb.
Training: About one week paid (roughly 40–50 hours). Ride-alongs. Field learning. Then you're in it.
Where we're hiring: Openings near our headquarters in South Lyon, MI, plus one opening in the Muskegon area.
