Reports to: Assistant Director of Prospect Development
As the Prospect Management Analyst, you will consult fundraising partners across all three University of Michigan campuses to help optimize their donor portfolios through strategic review sessions and tailored education. You will be a strong advocate for data and prospect management policy, procedures and best practices. You will also identify workflow efficiencies and develop processes that bridge skill gaps to empower development teams.
Responsibilities include:
50% Prospect Management Community Outreach - You will conduct strategic portfolio reviews to help fundraisers optimize donor engagement.
40% Data Management & Presentation - You will collect, analyze, and audit prospect data while maintaining strict confidentiality and policy compliance.
10% Administrative and Other - You will assist our team and organizational leadership with community-wide strategic initiatives and process improvements.
