Gordon Food Service (GFS) Store, the retail division of Gordon Food Service, first opened in 1979. Committed to serving the needs of our communities, Gordon Food Service Store is open to the public, and does not charge a membership fee. Now, with over 175 stores, we are the primary supplier for many small foodservice operators, including restaurants, churches, day care providers and other small businesses. We also assist our customers with their home and event-planning needs.
The roles you will fill:
Operate the cash register and service counter.
Stock shelves, build store displays.
Maintain store conditions.
Build sales.
Provide superior customer service.

Ability to handle interruptions, prioritize tasks.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Working Conditions:
Normal retail store environment. The employee is frequently required to lift, reach, handle and move products and items within the store environment. The employee must be mobile. The employee must frequently bend, lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
