Supervisor: CNC Lead / Machine Business Unit Manager
Job Description: Run CNC equipment safely and effectively at manufacturing rate.
Responsibilities
• Perform set-ups and must be able to make offset changes and/or adjustments to bring parts into tolerance
• Take pride in your work
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Produce precision parts
- Perform all job duties with safety and quality as primary focus (see employee PPE “Personal Protection Equipment” Matrix). This matrix is posted in each plant.
Skills/ Abilities
• 1+ years machining experience preferred
• Ability to work with work instructions and drawings
• Proficient with basic measurement tools.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivated
Requirements
• Willing to cross train and perform work in other departments.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Dependable transportation.
• Team players with good work history and attendance.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift
