Actively participate in the Project planning with Business stakeholders with estimate scope, complexity, timelines, and delivery milestones. Conduct feasibility studies and fit-gap analysis on business requirements and prepared detailed functional and technical design documentation. Enhance and maintain Oracle Hyperion Applications to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day operations. Design and develop complex queries and reports to support financial planning, forecasting and business analysis teams. Investigate, analyze and resolve user-reported incidents to ensure uninterrupted system operations and user satisfaction. Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on issue resolution and system enhancements. Deliver business-critical application support during month-end and quarter-end close cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including corporate finance and Chart of Accounts (COA) teams, to ensure alignment with Business processes. Co-ordinate and Lead priority incident resolution calls to address P1 and P2 issues withing defined service-level agreements. Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve user adaption and team efficiency. Implement process improvements and develop reusable programs and queries to reduce processing time and improve incident resolution turnaround.
This position requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Applications, or related.
