Creating functional and technical design documents, including process flows, data models, and interface specifications. Translate business needs into clear system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business requirements. Partner with product owners and executive stakeholders to shape roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and align technical delivery with business outcomes. Define technical standards, reference architectures, and reusable components to improve delivery speed and consistency across teams. Analyzing and define integration requirements between internal systems and third-party applications. Manage requirement changes, assess impacts, and maintain traceability matrices. Maintain system documentation including functional specs, user guides, and operational procedures. Support release planning and communicate system changes to stakeholders. Convert ambiguous business objectives into actionable technical architectures, defining system boundaries, integration patterns.
This position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related.
