Automatic Transmission Hydraulic Design/Research Engineer
Position Overview/Description:
Responsibilities:
Candidate will develop new hydraulic concepts to control the next generation of transmissions and all-wheel drive systems. Design solenoids and hydraulic valves to control clutches, pumps and torque converters. Perform component and system tradeoffs. Create component and system hydraulic models to analyze new design concepts. Procure prototype hardware and support prototype testing to verify performance and efficiency of new designs.
