About this Role - Assistant Cost & Scheduling Coordinator
We are looking for a talented Assistant Cost & Scheduling Coordinator who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for establishing project controls by assisting Project Management in maintaining accurate and current schedules, budgets, and job costs.
What You'll Do
-Monitor and analyze job costs
-Process original budget and change order cost spreads
-Assist Project Management in completing monthly forecasts
-Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 with input from Project Management and Customer
-Work with Project Management to resolve miscellaneous reporting issues
What You'll Bring
-Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs
-Proven communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Familiarity with scheduling software and database systems
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
-Ability to learn and adapt to new software
-BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or equivalent experience
-Experience in project scheduling and cost analysis preferred
