**Responsibilities:**
- Set up, run, and monitor 1,000 Ton presses.
- Ensure quality stampings per production orders and specifications.
- Perform duties to meet production requirements.
- Select and verify steel coils; change coils as needed.
- Pack parts according to packaging instructions.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 1 year experience running stamping presses.
- Required: Ability to adjust press speed and height, use various gages, and lift/move materials up to 40 pounds.
- Must work well in a team.
**Skills Needed:**
- Reading and interpreting safety rules and instructions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
- Problem-solving abilities in standardized situations.
