A respected and growing credit union in Center Line, MI is seeking a Relationship Banker II / Member Service Representative to build strong member relationships and provide personalized financial solutions in a collaborative, member-focused environment. Mon-Fri: 8:45 AM-5:15 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:45-11:15 AM
Partial weekday off when working Saturday

Role Overview
You'll serve as a trusted financial partner, using a consultative approach to uncover needs, recommend products, and deepen member relationships across in-person, phone, and digital interactions.
? Responsibilities
Open and maintain consumer accounts
Facilitate consumer loan applications and mortgage support
Educate members on financial products and services
Calculate rates, payments, and loan terms
Document transactions accurately in the core system
Partner with lending and internal teams through loan closing
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of sales or relationship-based service experience (retail, telecom, banking, etc.)
or a Bachelor's degree in business/finance
Strong communication, math, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38950.00 - $45760.00/yr.
