Position Overview
A Fortune 100 Automotive Company is hiring Universal Advisors to support customers of a luxury automotive brand. This role delivers premium, high-touch customer service across multiple channels while assisting with customer care, vehicle technology, connected services, and EV-related support. Advisors serve as trusted brand ambassadors in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Schedule Requirements
Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
Sat: 9:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
Must be flexible to work any assigned 8-hour shift within these hours
No 6-day workweeks. Will always have 2 days off in a row.
Shift bids every 3 months

Key Responsibilities
Provide premium support via phone and digital channels
Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Troubleshoot vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, infotainment, and mobile app features
Document cases thoroughly and collaborate with leadership as needed
Contribute to a luxury-focused, high-performance team culture
Qualifications
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with ability to learn vehicle systems
Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
