We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP MM Solution Architect to lead the architectural design and
global deployment of our Material Management processes within the ISIT Material Management Project (MMP).
In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between complex legacy systems and modern industry standards.
You will be responsible for defining the roadmap to transition our current Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and
Inventory Management functions into a high-performing SAP S/4HANA environment.
As a Solution Architect, you will not only design technical solutions but also serve as a mentor and consultant to
global stakeholders, ensuring our supply chain technology is robust, scalable, and future-ready.
Responsibilities:
SAP Material Management functional consultant
SAP MM Solution Architect is needed for on-going MMP project in ISIT.
Understand the current business process across all regions / plants.
Understand the functionality of current Legacy Material requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management and
associated upstream and downstream systems
- Work with various stakeholders to study the transformation of current process / legacy systems to Industry best
standards / technology/ systems focusing on the SAP MM modules
- Perform Requirements Gathering, Functional Specification Review, Business Analysis, and Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard
Analysis to understand the as-is/to-be states and identify key functionality / process gaps
Proficient in designing Fiori applications with a strong understanding of CDS views and SAP BTP.
Recommend possible technology / process solution to address gaps
Develop roadmap / transformation map without impacting the operations
Deploy SAP S/4 MM across various sites globally and integrate with both legacy & other best-in-breed applications
Coach / train the team on SAP functions in the end-to-end business process
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Automotive industry experience or similar manufacturing industry experience.
Experience working in a global team and an onshore/offshore team model.
Experience working with a Systems Integrator
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology
related field
Industry process knowledge, solution expertise, consultation skills in SAP MM module for at least 10+ years
Experience in deployment of SAP MM module in S/4HANA environment
Experience in SAP MM module configuration
Scheduling agreements, Inter company, Material master, Quota, Purchase orders, ASN etc.
Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environment
Experience in understanding integration between SAP S/4 and legacy systems
End to end implementation and Support of SAP MM
Handled / worked with global teams
Automotive experience in implementing SAP is must
Support in an onshore/offshore model is preferred
Respect and empathy for team members, business partner and product customer
Excellent at problem solving and prevention.
Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery
SAP Activate
Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones.

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
