About the Role
Develop and execute go-to-market strategiesfor ONESOURCE and Transactional Compliance solutions in the US market, including new product launches, major releases, and ongoing portfolio growth, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams
Build business cases and ROI modelsthat quantify customer value and support sales conversations with finance and executive buyers,demonstratingclearfinancial impactof tax automation solutions
Lead end-to-end product launch execution and establish KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, creating dashboards to track performance, customer adoption metrics, and campaign effectiveness, using insights to drive optimization
Create compelling product positioning and messagingthat articulates the value of the end-to-end transactional compliance journey (tax determination e-invoicing compliance), ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
Develop high-impact sales enablement materialsincluding battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and objectionhandling frameworks that empower Sales teams to effectively communicate product value and drive pipeline conversion
Develop executive-level presentations and business casesthat resonate with C-suite and senior stakeholders, articulating complex technical and compliance value propositions with clarity and impact
Orchestratemarket research, competitive analysis, and customer interviewstoidentifyopportunities, trends, and customer pain points.
Coordinate and own customer migration and end-of-life (EOL) activitiesforcertain solutionsensuring smooth transitions and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle
Work with broader marketing and demand generation team to develop and execute marketing programs and campaignsthat generate awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation, collaborating on campaign messaging and asset creation aligned with target audience needs
Partner closely with European product marketing counterparts and Product Managementto ensure global alignment on positioning and messaging while adapting approaches for US market nuances, and provide US market feedback to influence product development priorities
About You
You are a proactive, data-driven, and highly organized product marketer with a proven ability to manage complex portfolios and collaborate effectively across teams. You are skilled at translating technical solutions into compelling business value.
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or similar roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience in tax, financial services, or enterprise platformtechnologya significant plus.
Demonstrated usage of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama etc.) to drive their personal or work productivity and always seeking new ways to be creative and innovative in theirwork - Looking for a growth and learning mindset.
Demonstrated experience managing product marketing for a specific portfolio or set of products, ideally including both established and growing solutions.
Provenexpertisein crafting compelling value propositions and market-facingmessaging forcomplex solutions.
Strong ability to define, lead, and execute successful go-to-market strategies from concept to launchby collaborating with multiple teams including product, demand generation,salesand others
Experience in sales enablement, including creating and coordinating impactful sales tools and training materials (battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts).
Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including customer migration and end-of-life processes.
Adept at conducting market research, competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies. Experience supporting Competitive Intelligence,VoC, and Market Research projects is beneficial.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts for diverse audiences and present to internal and external stakeholders, including customer advisory boards.
Superior project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
