Current Labor Grade III Inspectors will reach Labor Grade IV when they can competently and efficiently complete all inspection processes in their immediate area. Labor Grade IV Inspectors will reach Labor Grade IV.V when they can competently and efficiently complete all inspection processes (receiving inspection, manual inspection, final inspection). Labor Grade IV.V Inspections will reach Labor Grade V when they can competently and efficiently complete all inspection processes (receiving inspection, manual inspection, final inspection) and have completed Delta College courses SKDR 101 (Blueprint reading) and DRF 128 (Geometric Tolerancing and Dimensioning). Credit will be approved when they can completely and efficiently complete all inspection processes (receiving inspection, manual inspection, final inspection) and can competently and efficiently program the CMM (create inspection programs).
Labor Grade IV.V or Labor Grade V inspectors will reach a labor Grade VI, Step 4 when they receive their EMA soldering inspection certification. In order to continue this level of pay, employees must maintain this certification.

· Zeiss programming
· Inspect case depth
· Inspect hardness
· Magnetic Particle Inspection
· Eddy Current Inspection
· Receiving Inspection
· General housekeeping
· Perform job functions and tasks required by Management and Supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience with Numerex CMM
· Zeiss CMM experience
· Geometric tolerancing
· Previous NDT experience highly desirable
· Prior to working in an FAA safety-sensitive area, you will be required to participate in the random drug and alcohol testing program
· Computer proficiency (SAP experience desirable)
· Ability to work any shift
· High School graduate or equivalent
· Minimum 6 months experience in inspection
