Progressive Mechanical is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Driver to support our Bay City operations.
Program Overview
Drivers are incorporated into the PMI team right away.
- Participate in meetings to learn about the communication between the general contractor, subcontractors, and field team.
- Be exposed to job site safety and have multiple opportunities to visit a live job site.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a CDL-A endorsement.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Assist crews with loading and unloading equipment and securing tooling to trucks and trailers.
- Safety navigate city streets, interstate highways
- Perform vehicle inspection of trucks and trailers.
- Communicate with shop manager to maintain fully functional trucks and trailers.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning in a team environment.
- Problem solving and attention to detail.
