We are looking for UX Designer for our team. Potential candidates should have hands-on experience in applying first principles methods, machine learning, data mining, and text mining techniques to build analytics prototypes that work on massive datasets. Candidates should have experience in manipulating both structured and unstructured data in various formats, sizes, and storage-mechanisms. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mind to challenge existing practices. Candidates should have exposure to multiple programming languages and analytical tools and be flexible to using the requisite tools/languages for the problem at-hand.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000/Year to $92,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities
· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and user needs.
· Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and responsive across devices.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
· Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
· Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
· Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design solutions and problem-solving abilities.
