The Program Manager is responsible for all functions of the PATH and FAE&T Program, including Career Development, Triage, Career Coaching, Talent Acquisition, Work-based Training, Vocational Education Training, and Resource Center Instructor functions of the PATH & FAE&T Programs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service/satisfaction, overseeing the design and implementation of program orientations and job readiness/job search activities in both the classroom and Resource Center, and securing employment and training to meet and/or exceed program goals. The Program Manager is responsible for attending DHHS monthly meetings, SEMCA Best Practice meetings, and any other workforce development actifities, meetings, conferences, and training and reporting out to DCC Leadership.
