We are now on a 12-hour shift: 4 consecutive days on, 4 consecutive days off shift schedule
We also offer great incentives when working overtime or off days. All starting positions will require you to be flexible working days / nights during the probationary training period of 60 days. After that, most applicants will be on night shifts from 7pm - 7 am. We are a union facility and honor seniority rights for job and shift bids.
What you need is the following to get started:
Be able or willing to read a tape measure
Be able to work in non-climate-controlled temperatures. Hot in the summer, cool in the winter.
Follow all safety rules
We have a strict attendance policy.

6 You cannot pick your schedule, this is based on bids, line of progression, shift coverage and training. We ask from the top and force from the bottom.
The opportunity:
This is an entry level position in a manufacturing environment that will progress to additional responsibilities.
Heavy manufacturing facility which could involve sitting, standing walking, working overhead, grasping, pulling, pushing, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting to 50 lbs. for long periods throughout the shift.
What you need to succeed:
Able to operate in heavy manufacturing site, lift to 50 lbs. and work variable schedule and overtime as needed.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be willing to work in a tobacco free facility.
Must be able to perform basic math, effectively operate computers.
