Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
The CNC Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mill machines. The machines are controlled by Fanuc and utilize CAD/CAM programming. You will be expected to operate and manage 3-axis CNC machines daily, working on parts for various projects, including press builds, tool builds, and mold builds for soft-touch products.
Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC mill machines.
Manage and run 3-axis CNC machines on a daily basis.
Work on parts for projects related to press builds, tool builds, and mold builds for soft-touch products.
Ensure accurate and efficient operation of CNC machines for OEM projects.
Essential Skills
5 years of experience as a CNC operator.
5 years of programming experience.
Proficiency in programming using CAD/CAM systems such as EDGECAM, Mastercam, Gibbscam, WorkNC, or Tebis.
Ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines.
Experience with mechanical, machine operating, and power tool usage in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
