The Financial Risk Management Analyst is responsible for supporting foreign exchange and interest rate risk management activities including, but not limited to, the following:
Executing derivative/spot transactions in compliance with the applicable Policy
Utilizing other software tools and platforms to execute and manage derivatives (FXall)
Consolidating, tracking, and analyzing risk exposure forecasts
Working with cross-functional and international groups to ensure solid understanding of risk drivers
Presenting forecasts and strategies to finance management in North America and Global Treasury
Analyzing the accounting impacts of financial risks
Utilizing Penta SAP to gain insights into Foreigh Exchange (FX) impacts to the P/L
Preparing forecast and actual results analysis to support FP&A
Quarterly and ad hoc presentations to Management
Monitoring current market conditions and market research (Bloomberg)
Supporting cash investing activities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of Finance, Treasury, Accounting or Engineering experience
Solid understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets, and the impact of each on FX and interest rates
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, develop new skills, and utilize technology to improve processes
Ability to take complex information and present in simplified, easy to understand format
Demonstrated leadership and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects
Treasury experience in large corporate environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA, CA and/or CFA designation highly preferred
