Pay: $16-$19/hr based on experience
Construction Cleaner job summary:
Our crew members meet at various carpool locations, crew members are driven in a company provided work van. You are responsible to get yourself to the carpool location daily, at the end of the work day you will be returned to the same location
Experience is a plus, but is NOT mandatory. We will train all new hires.
- Sweep, scrape, and power wash concrete
- Clean windows
- Shop-Vac / Sweep sub-floors
- Vacuum carpet
- Sweep and mop all hard surface flooring
- Scrape/scrub/wash all surfaces to remove various debris
- Vacuum/wipe out cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
Construction Cleaner qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must clean quickly and with a high standard for detail
