Position Details: Member Service Representative (Call Center - Credit Union)
Schedule:
Five days/week, 8 hours/day
Two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday)
100% Onsite Position, great attendance required to stay in good standing
Available Shifts (choose one and stick with it):
8am-5pm (currently full)
9am-6pm (currently full)
10am-7pm (available)
12pm-9pm (available)
Training:
Pay:
- Starting at $18 to $20/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do:
Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center
Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions
Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand
Take loan applications and follow through on member needs
What They're Looking For:
Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people
Previous customer service or retail experience
Call center or financial institution experience is a plus
Strong computer and multitasking skills
High school diploma/GED required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
