Marsal Education is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions. As a member of the Office of Recruitment and Admissions (ORA) and reporting to the Director of Recruitment and Admissions, you will join a highly collaborative and cohesive team. You will provide leadership for recruiting and admissions operations while also serving as the primary recruiter for a designated academic program. This role ensures a smooth, student-centered admissions process by overseeing application systems, staff, and workflows, while also building strong relationships with prospective students through outreach, advising, and yield activities. The Assistant Director plays a key role in aligning recruitment and admissions functions to meet the School of Education's enrollment goals.
Admissions Operations & Supervision (60%)
- Supervise the Application Coordinator, Salesforce Administrator, and graduate intern(s), providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee application operations, including review workflows, decision release, and data integrity, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
- Lead strategic use of Salesforce and related systems, collaborating with IT and campus partners to optimize data management, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure admissions website and print materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with recruitment strategies.
