We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Recruitment Communications Coordinator who will lead our recruitment communication including email development and CRM maintenance to join our dynamic and collaborative admissions team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions Operations, you will help support prospective student engagement by managing email campaigns and CRM communications across all UMSI programs.

- Develop, schedule, and send targeted email campaigns to prospective students using the School's CRM system, monitoring campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Maintain communication workflows and drip campaigns to provide outreach throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with recruitment, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is accurate, engaging, and aligned with institutional branding and enrollment goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in email communications, admissions, or recruitment in a higher education or mission-driven environment.
- 1+ years experience planning, writing, and implementing email campaigns using a CRM or email marketing platform (Salesforce, Slate, or CollegeNet)
- 1+ years experience interpreting analytics and engagement data to inform strategy and optimize communication performance.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $49,000 to $56,000. Salary is determined by direct relevant experience and demonstrated past performance results while ensuring equity on our team. All candidates are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor understanding and transparency throughout the recruiting process.
This position is included in the bargaining unit represented by the University Staff United (USU), which represents bargaining unit members in all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
