Summary
As the Regional Sales Manager for Monroe Truck Equipment (an Aebi Schmidt Group brand) covering the MN, ND, and SD territories, you'll be instrumental in accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service through our trusted distribution network.
Core Responsibilities
Manage your territory and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
Build and deploy strategic plans that generate revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Use CRM tools to track opportunities, document customer interactions, and forecast sales
Conduct client presentations that demonstrate the value of Monroe's products, solutions, and services
Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings, pricing, and competitiveness

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Proven success in sales or account management roles
Mechanical aptitude (Preferred)
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Highly organized and reputable strong time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory and to Monroe locations
