Lead crews on any given job for repairs and buildouts. Must be hands on and have the necessary skills to do the same.
Help the growth of the business with estimating, costing, and efficiency
Supervise/ coordinate multiple jobs at any given time.
Directly reporting to the owner for daily activities of all individuals.
