Requirements:
ONSITE 4 days/wk minimum
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related degree field
3 years of experience in product development engineering with at least 3 years of program management experience with an Automotive OEM
Strong cross functional team management skills
Highly proficient in written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and prepare presentations for Director/VP level leadership
Demonstrated leadership, planning, decision making and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Knowledge of powertrain systems, especially hybrid/ electric drive systems
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA)
Program management or engineering experience with driveline and/or transmission components
