Pay Range: $80-120K Annual Salary
This employee is exempt from Davis Bacon Wages
Capabilities:
-Ability to review bid documents and develop manpower requirements and task durations
-Ability to perform site surveys to document existing conditions against bid documents
-Ability to prepare RFI’s
-Ability to document change order requirements for materials, labor and ODC’s
-Ability to prepare procurement requests
-Ability to perform materials management
-Ability to communicate with the Director of Ops for monthly invoicing based on materialsreceived and work complete
-Ability to coordinate with customer and other trades for coordination, two-week look ahead,predecessor tasks and other items pertinent to being proactive on the project site
-Ability to provide daily and weekly progress reports
-Ability to make decisions onsite or communicate with the Director of Ops for decisions whichmay impact costs
-Ability to utilize and train Technicians on testing with Fluke DSX testers and Linkware Software
-Ability to provide on the job training to any level technician
-Must possess current RCDD
Starboard does provide for one BICSI Conference and CEC Training to maintain RCDDstatus
