Required
- Bachelor's degree received or in progress in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of project coordination or process improvement experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of project management principles (PMBOK knowledge preferred)
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
Preferred
- CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification
- Experience with construction industry software
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Experience with process mapping, value stream analysis, and kaizen methodologies

- Previous internship or co-op experience in construction or project management
