Unlimited Offroad is expanding with a second facility and looking to add a technician/installer to our team. We are a full service custom 4X4 and accessory shop. We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly team player to join our company of dedicated enthusiasts who enjoy helping customers build the vehicles of their dreams. Jeep, 4X4 and off-road knowledge is a must. JOB DESCRIPTION:
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC. $20-$30+ per hour*
$100 finders fee for anyone who shares this and we successfully employ someone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of shop equipment
Strong Automotive knowledge
Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
Actively seeks out jobs from the coordinator when waiting on parts or no jobs in bays.
Job Details:=
Performs vehicle repairs (Engine Repair, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning and Engine Performance, accessories).
Maintains an organized and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned by manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:=
2+ years of automotive technician experience
Own a set of automotive tools
Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 75 lbs.
Guest and team focused mindset
Have and maintain an Automotive Technician State Certificate license.
Minimum of 18 years of age
A valid driver's license is required for this position
High school diploma, GED, or vocational certificate is helpful
Work hours, Monday through Saturday (Rotate Saturdays). Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements and long periods of standing.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
ASE automotive certification in at least one of A1-A8
Automotive Technician State Master License
Automotive technical school certificate/degree
