Education and Experience:
• High School graduation or equivalent required
• 3-5 Years of experience in industrial maintenance
Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:
• Lock out / Tag out Procedures
• Confined space entry
• Hot work permit
• Operation of industrial equipment
• Industrial safety guidelines
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot using PLC’s
• Locate and replace faulty electrical components
• Complete electrical projects
• Possess knowledge of high voltage applications
• Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of all plant and production machinery to include hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical assemblies.
• Fabricate various levels of mechanical assemblies from raw materials.
• Perform, analyze, and interpret various types of test equipment
• Work with production personnel to develop solutions to quality issues as well as continuous improvement projects.
• Required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the maintenance supervisor.
• Complies with the following OSHA Safety Standards: Hazard Communication; Bloodborne Pathogens; Lockout; Permit Required Confined Space; Hot Work Permit; Powered Industrial Trucks; P.P.E. and Ergonomics
• When necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job
• Other duties as assigned

• Works in a fast paced environment under minimum supervision.
• Routine responsibilities and duties involve the use of various procedures and the application of clearly prescribed standards of practice, requiring the use of good judgment.
• Must work with a high degree of accuracy.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• The job works in conditions with constant exposure (67% or more) to noise, odors, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc. Some overnight travel may be required.
