Overview:
A hands-on, technical role for individuals eager to learn and apply robot programming skills in the manufacturing industry. No prior robotics experience is required — just curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Primary Responsibilities

Set up and program industrial robots at customer sites

Perform robotic path and position touchups

Teach and verify TCPs (Tool Center Points) and frames

Load, adjust, and back up robot programs

Configure and duplicate robotic settings across multiple units

Adjust robot dress packs to prevent wear

Complete reports, billing, and documentation using Microsoft Office

Follow all safety and company policies
Ideal Background (Helpful Skills)

FIRST Robotics or similar hands-on technical projects

Programming (any language)

Automotive repair, fabrication, or mechanical/electrical systems

Design/build or manufacturing experience
Job Conditions & Expectations

Regular ladder climbing and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
