We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems

Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs
Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Previous experience in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
