Position Summary: The Security Manager executes fact-based investigations in the areas of fraud, theft, workplace violence, employee misconduct and other criminal activities in partnership with the Internal Controls and Human Resources departments. This position provides for the safeguarding of company assets through cross-functional collaboration by implementing strategies, systems, training, programs and processes that mitigate risk, prevent losses and ensure facility security.
Position Responsibilities: ?
Collaborates and provides counsel to all employees and stakeholders in developing and facilitating security strategies for protecting company assets and brands
Design and manage programs to help the company reduce theft vulnerabilities and use that to detect and investigate incidents of internal fraud associated with the company and employees
Lead the security function in collaboration with the GMA and others relative to FDA and mitigation strategies
Implement facility physical security plans to include security detection systems and uniformed security guard activities ensuring security adequacy of the cashier's room
Prepare fact-based investigative reports and documentation for action by legal counsel, facility management or prospective authorities as appropriate

Required Education and Experience: ?
Bachelor's degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 9 plus years of specific experience
