Individual will be required to meet Sales Goals, Complete an initial and ongoing Sales and Product knowledge training program. Work a minimum of 40 hours weekly and adhere to established Business Processes.
Will consider candidates new to Insurance Sales so long as they are willing to secure their P&C License. Must have a high level of integrity, strong phone skills, organizational skills are a must. Candidate will primarily work from leads provided by Management. Although all sales staff members are encourage and required to develop a Social Network of leads that include both personal friends, business contacts, networking groups. Allstate Insurance lines Include: Auto, Home, Business, Supplemental Health, Life, and Financial Investments.
Compensation is Base Salary + Commission + Year End Bonus opportunities that will allow you to earn and income range of $35,000 - $65,000 first year income. Highly netword high Sales achievers can earn $85K+ We provide access to employee paid medical benefits through payroll deduction and participate in a 401K plan after one year of employment. benefits are employee paid.
