Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in machine repair, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrical experience. This role requires proficiency in motor repair, conveyors, plastic injection, and pumps, with a focus on electrical systems involving multi meters and 3-phase, 480V setups.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair on various mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct machine repairs and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
Utilize multimeters and other electrical tools for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems.
Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, and plastic injection machinery.
Implement preventive maintenance strategies to extend the life of equipment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting and repair.
Expertise in electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
Experience with preventive maintenance and machine repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Work Environment
This position operates on a night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, following a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend. Week 1 involves working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, while Week 2 consists of Wednesday and Thursday. The long week offers 48 hours, and the short week offers 36 hours. The facility is part of the automotive industry, manufacturing undercar products. It is a fast-paced and relatively clean environment, designed to handle high noise levels.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $74880.00/yr.
