Electrical Components International, Inc. seeks a Manager, Strategy & Transformation for a position in Southfield, MI to support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in driving the execution of key strategic and operational initiatives globally. Core focus on implementing key strategic and operational initiatives to deliver topline and bottom-line improvement (e.g. customer strategy, operations strategy, continuous improvement, engineering excellence, purchasing excellence, footprint optimization, etc.). Be the master of execution in the Project Management Office team, helping P&L and functional leaders deliver results. Steer implementation with defined goals, clear plans, and robust tools and processes, aligning with key internal and external stakeholders. Drive the standardization of processes and share best practices across the organization to improve business performance. Lead the Project Management Office, acting as a trusted advisor to P&L leaders and functional owners. Identify key issues, critical interdependencies, structure ambiguous problems, and develop workplans to drive implementation. Manage external stakeholders to drive the execution of strategic and operational initiatives. Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly report-outs to the Board of Directors. Synthesize findings, structure presentations, and communicate action items and recommendations to senior management and cross functional leadership team to drive alignment. Manage project plan deliverables including timelines, project status, or mitigation plans. Lead workshops to drive implementation of initiatives, idea generation and/or issue resolution. Steer the development of PMO templates and tools that are simple and easy to use and provide clear visibility to senior leaders including presentation templates, project plan templates, Gantt charts, meeting structures, agendas, etc. Build strong working relationships with key project team members and leaders. Support key milestone and decision meetings and discussions with various leaders and project team members.
