Beam Industries is looking for the perfect candidate that is a confident, motivated and competitive individual for an Admin Assistant/inside sales position located in Midland. If you like to surround your self in a very friendly, fun, family orientated atmosphere this position will be perfect for you!
The perfect candidate will be able to offer some of the easiest and most profitable fundraisers to schools, daycares, groups, and organizations all around the United States! You are not "selling" anything but offering a free to run fundraiser program!
This is a temp to hire position!
Job Description:
- Switch from administrative role to targeted sales role. You will be assisting management for part of the day then will switch to sales for remainder of the day.
- You will also be interacting with potential customers throughout the US regarding various fundraising programs and services offered.
- You will need to be able to identify needs of the customers based on the type of organization that you are working with.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
Requirements:
- Works well in a Team environment.
- Sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
- Must have strong communications skills.
- Be able to overcome objections and close a sale.
- Must have a positive attitude!
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer service skills are essential!
